Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá poruchami osobnosti a chování u dospělých ve vztahu k násilné trestné činnosti. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na trestný čin loupeže a vraždy. V teoretické části se práce věnuje rešerši současných poznatků o vybraných poruchách osobnosti z hlediska mezinárodní klasifikace nemocí a jejich návaznosti na aplikované forenzní obory a kriminalistiku, včetně policejní praxe.
