Abstract:

Diplomová práce zpracovává téma řízení změn ve společnosti Česká spořitelna, a.s. Cílem práce je zhodnotit systém řízení změn ve společnosti a navrhnout případná opatření, která by měla přispět ke zlepšení stávajícího systému změnového řízení. Práce je členěna na sedm kapitol, přičemž první kapitola vymezuje cíle a metodiku diplomové práce. Následující dvě kapitoly se věnují teoretickým východiskům zaměřeným na témata řízení změn a změn v bankovnictví. Ve čtvrté kapitole je představena společnost Česká spořitelna, a.s., její historický vývoj, organizační struktura, produktové portfolio, finanční situace a strategie. Pátá kapitola analyzuje systém řízení změn ve společnosti Česká spořitelna, a.s. V posledních dvou kapitolách je na základě dotazníkového šetření, pozorování a rozhovorů se zaměstnanci vyhodnoceno řízení změn ve společnosti. Dále jsou navrhnuta opatření ke zlepšení stávajícího systému řízení změn. Tyto zmíněné dvě kapitoly jsou přitom zaměřeny na pobočku v Karlových Varech, T. G. Masaryka 14, kde autorka práce sama působí.

Abstract:

The subject the submitted diploma thesis deals with the topic of change management in the Association of Česká spořitelna, a.s. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the system of change management of the association and to propose possible measures to improve the present system. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the aims of the diploma thesis and to the methodological basis. The two following chapters are devoted to the theoretical framework explaining change management and changes in the banking industry. The Association of Česká spořitelna, a.s., its history, organizational structure, product portfolio, financial situation and strategies are presented in the fourth chapter. The fifth chapter analyses change management in the Association of Česká spořitelna, a.s. In the final two chapters, the change management of the association is evaluated based on a questionnaire research, observations, and interviews with employees. Furthermore, measures to improve the present change management are proposed. These two chapters are focused on the branch in Karlovy Vary, T. G. Masaryka 14, where the author of the submitted thesis is employed.
