The Functional Diagnostics within theTraining Preparation of an Amateur with Respect to Psychologial Aspects of the Strain

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití výsledků z lékařského vyšetření při tréninku a závodě cyklisty. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je uvedena hystorie cyklistiky a její různá odvětví. Dále zde nalezneme základní pojmy z funkční diagnostiky sportovce a motivaci sportovce k vykonávání této činnosti. V praktické části jsou zjištění, kolik cyklistů pravidelně podstupuje lékařské vyšetření a jak aplikují tyto údaje do praxe. Na příkladu amatérského závodníka jsou ukázány změny, ke kterým došlo v závislosti s pravidelným tréninkem. Tyto údaje jsou od roku 2003 do roku 2010. Všechny zjištěné a získané informace jsou zpracovány do přehledných tabulek a grafů a jsou doplněny komentářem.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the use of results of medical examination for cyclist training and race. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is presented the history of cycling and its various branches. Furthermore you can find there the basic concepts of athletes functional diagnostics as well as the atlete motivation to perform such activity. The practical part determines how many cyclists regulary undergo medical examination and how they apply this information into practice. The example of an amateur competitor shows the changes that have occured to him in relation to regular training. These data are from 2003 to 2010. All findings and information obtained are processed into comprehensive tables and graphs and accompanied by commentary.
