Bakalářská práce se věnuje ošetřovatelské péči o geriatrické pacienty s primárním onemocněním chronické srdeční selhání a je podložena případy z praxe. Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienty s chronickým srdečním selháním je v praxi velmi častá, náročná, ale také specifická, a proto je důležitá důslednost a znalost ošetřovatelského procesu. The bachelor thesis is devoted to the nursing care of geriatric patients with the primary disease chronic heart failure, and is supported by cases from practice.
