Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na komunikační dovednosti v praxi pedagoga současné školy. Teoretická část nám objasňuje základní pojmy. Dále se blíže věnuji vzdělávacímu systému České republiky, osobnosti pedagoga a rozvoji komunikačních dovedností pedagogů. The thesis is focused on communication skills of today's teacher in practice. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts to us. Further, I devote to education system in the Czech Republic, teacher's personality and development of teachers communication skills.
