Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem diskriminace v pracovním právu. V dané problematice jsme analyzovali, co je diskriminace, zásady rovného zacházení, právní úpravu a možnosti obrany proti diskriminaci na českém pracovním trhu. The thesis deals with the issue of discrimination in labour law, specifically with the definition of discrimination, the principle of equal treatment, relevant laws, and protections against discrimination within the Czech labour market.
