This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the resistant bacteria spread via mechanisms of human migration, tourism and international trade with food, food animals and exotic pets. It is especially focused on the spread of bacteria possessing genes for extended-spectrum β-lactamases, AmpC β-lactamases and carbapenemases, as well as on the spread of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus and …more
