Cílem práce je srovnání vývoje diskurzu formujícího se kolem tématu duševních poruch v odborné psychiatrické literatuře z období před a po roce 1989. The aim of the thesis is to compare the development of discourse related to mental disorder in the expert psychiatric literature written in the period before and after the year 1989.
