V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou popsány brownfields z teoretického hlediska. V praktické části jsou analyzovány časové řady návštěvnosti Dolní oblasti Vítkovic, Moravskoslezského kraje a čtyř vybraných atraktivit v kraji. The brownfields are described from theoretical point of view in the theoretical part of my bachelor´s thesis. The timelines of the visit rates of the Lower area of Vítkovice Moravian-Silesian Region and another four chosen attractions in the region are analysed in the practical part.
