Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj stavu seniorů v zařízení následné péče. Diplomová práce se zabývá funkčním stavem seniora. Hodnocena byla soběstačnost, mobilita, riziko pádu, riziko dekubitů. Jedná se o práci teoreticko-výzkumnou. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty základní poznatky o dané problematice. The thesis is focused on the development status of seniors in the after-care facilities. This thesis deals with the functional status of elderly person.
