Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve Státním úřadě pro jadernou bezpečnosti (dále jen SÚJB). Je zaměřena na jeho hodnocení a posuzování efektivity vynaložených nákladů na vzdělávání. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část, teoreticko – metodologická, se zabývá vymezením následujících: pojmů učení (se), vzdělávání, rozvoj, vzdělávání zaměstnanců, systematické podnikové vzdělávání, hodnocení vzdělávání a efektivita vzdělávání. V této části jsou také vymezeny čtyři hypotézy a popsána metodika práce. Použitými metodami jsou: analýza dokumentů a dotazníkové šetření. SÚJB je představen v druhé – aplikační části práce. Vykonává státní správu a dozor při využívání jaderné energie a ionizujícího záření. Práce popisuje fungování jeho systému podnikového vzdělávání. Následuje vyhodnocení dotazníků. Dotazníky byly předloženy zaměstnancům a manažerům SÚJB. Na základě vyhodnocení dotazníků došlo k potvrzení a vyvrácení hypotéz. Konkrétní návrhy a opatření, které by mohly přispět ke zkvalitnění systému podnikového vzdělávání, jsou zformulovány následně. V závěru práce je zformulováno shrnutí všech zjištěných fakt o systému vzdělávání v SÚJB.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis analyses the system of education of employees of the State Office for Nuclear Safety. It aims at the overall evaluation of the system and evaluation of efficiency of the educational costs as well. The thesis is divided into two sections. The first section, the theoretical and methodological one defines the following terms: learning, education, development, education of employees, systematic corporate education, evaluation of education and efficiency of education. Four different hypotheses are defined and the methodology of research is described in this theoretical section of the thesis. The following methods have been used there: analysis of documents and questionnaire survey. The State Office for Nuclear Safety is introduced in the second, application section of the thesis. The State Office is an administrative and control body which supervises how the nuclear power and ionizing radiation are used. The thesis also describes how the corporate education is implemented within the State Office for Nuclear Safety. Questionnaire survey is also evaluated there. The questionnaires were filled in by the employees and managers of the Office. Having evaluated the questionnaires and answered questions in them, we confirmed or disproved the hypotheses we had set up at the beginning of our research. Proposals and potential measures which should be taken to make the corporate educational system more efficient are formulated in the following part of the thesis. The thesis is concluded by summary of all the findings we have come to.
