Boolovské siete sú schopné modelovať mnohé chemické a genetické interakcie. Avšak, presne určiť exaktné prechodové funkcie premenných v Boolovských sietiach z pozorovaných dát môže byť obtiažne. Boolean networks are capable of modelling many chemical and genetic interactions. However, determining exact update functions in Boolean networks from real life data can be cumbersome and difficult.
