Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá studiem estrogenních látek a jejich stanovením ve vodách, kde jsou nyní už hojně sledovány. Jako výsledek metabolismu živočichů se tyto látky dostávají do složek životního prostředí, kde mohou ovlivnit funkci endokrinních systémů, reprodukci a vývoj volně žijících živočichů a člověka. This work deals with the study of estrogenic compounds and their determination in waters where they are nowadays widely monitored. These substances are released into the environment as a result of the metabolism of organism.
