Issues of Production and Testing of a Rolling Profile

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výroby a testování valivého profilu. Teoretická část práce podává ucelený přehled v oblasti zvoleného valivého profilu - skateboardového kolečka s ohledem na navrženou technologii výroby, volbu materiálů a potenciální ekologickou šetrnost. V praktické části je hlavní pozornost směřována na předprodukční procesy výroby a samotnou výrobu funkčních vzorků valivých profilů. Závěrem jsou vzorky podrobeny testování klíčových vlastností spolu se subjektivním hodnocením uživatelů.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the production and testing of rolling profile. The theoretical part of the thesis gives a comprehensive overview of the chosen rolling profile - skateboard wheel with regard to the proposed production technology, choice of materials and potential environmental friendliness. In the practical part, the main attention is directed to the pre-production processes and the production of functional samples of rolling profile. Finally, the samples are subjected to testing of key properties together with subjective user evaluation.
