Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zastupování a reprezentaci obchodní společnosti (korporace). Zabývá se podstatnými rozdíly mezi právní úpravou původního obchodního zákoníku a Nového občanského zákoníku s návazností na právní úpravu v zákoně o obchodních korporacích. V této práci je použita komparace s jinými státy.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the representation of the company (corporation). It deals with the substantial differences between the legal rules of the original Commercial Code and the New Civil Code, following the legal regulation in the Act on Commercial Corporations. This work uses comparisons with other countries.
