Self-reflection of trainer's profession

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis Self-reflection of trainer's profession is focused on the reflection of the trainers and their point of view on the training in a business environment. The thesis is focused on their experience with training programs, their attitude towards the trainees and their vision of the personality of the trainer. The theoretical part is describing theories of education and development, the process of learning and the personality of the trainer, who is facilitating the knowledge and skills within the process of education. In the meantime, it describes the experiential learning, used by trainers in the training process. The research part of the thesis is focused on a qualitative research that was carried by the method of half structured interview and subsequently followed by the Interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). The objective of the research is to explore the experience of the trainers with leading the educational process in a business environment.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca Profesijná reflexia lektora sa zameriava na reflexiu lektorov a ich pohľad na lektorovanie vo firemnom prostredí. Interpretuje ich skúsenosti so vzdelávacími programami a ich postoje k účastníkom, zároveň približuje ich vnímanie osobnosti lektora. Práca sa venuje teórií vzdelávania a rozvoja, procesu učenia sa a osobnosti lektora, ktorý svojím účastníkom sprostredkováva vedomosti a zručnosti v procese vzdelávania. Zároveň opisuje skúsenostné učenie, ktoré lektori vo svojej práci využívajú. Výskumná časť je zameraná na kvalitatívny výskum, ktorý bol realizovaný metódou polo-štruktúrovaného rozhovoru a následne analyzovaný Interpretatívnou fenomenologickou analýzou (IPA). Cieľom výskumu je preskúmanie skúseností lektorov s vedením vzdelávacích programov vo firemnom prostredí.
