Abstract:
Isoflavony se řadí mezi fytoestrogeny, což jsou polyfenolické sekundární metabolity rostlin. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na strukturu isoflavonů, estrogenové receptory, ke kterým se isoflavony vážou, rozdělení isoflavonů, několik hlavních zástupců, také na jejich účinky na lidské zdraví a metabolismus jak v lidském těle, tak v bachoru krav. Isoflavones belong to phytoestrogens, which are polyphenolic plant secondary metabolites. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the structure of isoflavones, estrogen receptors to which isoflavones bind, division of isoflavones, several major representatives, their positive influence on human health and metabolism in human body and bovine rumen.
