Elimination of astenopic symptoms by using the right eyeglasses correction

Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce je Eliminace astenopických potíží správně zhotovenou brýlovou korekcí. V teoretické části jsou popsány principy centrace brýlových čoček. Obsahuje podrobný popis astenopických potíží, příčin jejich vzniku, možnosti eliminace a prevence. Dále práce poskytuje náhled do problematiky konstrukce brýlové obruby a vystihuje spojitost s nepříjemnými pocity při jejím nošení. Zmíněno je i zušlechťování brýlových čoček, které může přispět ke zrakovému komfortu. Nakonec je zařazena kapitola zabývající se progresivními a degresivními brýlovými čočkami, jejich centrací a výhodami, které mají vzhledem k eliminaci astenopických potíží význam. Výzkumná část obsahuje soubor klientů, u kterých byla proměřována správná centrace jejich brýlové korekce a zaznamenávány subjektivní obtíže, které se s nošením brýlové korekce pojily. Následně byly všechny zjištěné údaje dány do souvislosti a vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

My thesis topic is Elimination of astenopic symptoms by using the right eyeglasses correction. In the theoretical part I have described the principles of centration glasses lenses. It contains a detailed description of astenopic symptoms, the causes of their existence, possibilities how to eliminate and prevent them. My thesis also gives an insight to an issue of eyeglasses frames construction which cause uncomfortable feelings when wearing it. I have also mentioned upgrading of glasses lenses, which might prosper to the sight comfort. Finally there is a chapter dealing with progressive and degressive glasses lenses, their centration and advantages, which are important in consideration of astenopic symptoms elimination. The research part includes a set of clients, whose right centration of glasses correction was measured and their subjective problems, connected with wearing of glasses correction, were noticed. Next, all collected data were analysed.
