Comunication between manager and employee in the context of human resource management

Abstract:

V rozsahu bakalářské práce „Komunikace mezi řídícím pracovníkem a zaměstnancem, v rámci řízení lidských zdrojů.“ je řešena problematika z reálného pracovního prostředí. Forma vedení a řízení lidských zdrojů má rozvinuté spektrum svojí činnosti, z tohoto důvodu jsou v práci uvedeny jen specifické příklady. V první části práce je vystižena běžná teoretická problematika a komunikační toky. Následně v druhé části práce byl proveden terénní průzkum, zpracování výsledků získaných z přímých vstupů v terénu. Dotazník představoval soubor reálných dotazů, které směřovaly na přímou spolupráci mezi zaměstnanci a nadřízenými. Základem se stal důraz kladený na vedení kolektivu, komunikaci s nadřízenými a podřízenými spojené s řízením všeobecného firemního provozu. Z pohledu autora je komunikace nenahraditelný koordinační projev, bez kterého nelze jakoukoliv skupinovou lidskou činnost vůbec provádět, neřkuli řídit a realizovat firemní provoz.

Abstract:

The scope of the thesis "The communication between the manager and the employee within human resource management" approaches the problem from a real working environment. The form of management of human resources covers of large range of activities and therefore we present in this thesis only specific examples. In the first part of the thesis it is capturing a common theoretical issues and communication flows. Subsequently, in the second part of the work it was carried out a field survey and processing the results obtained from direct input in the field. The questionnaire featured set of real questions that led to direct cooperation between employees and supervisors. The base became the emphasis on, team management, communication with superiors and subordinates associated with the management of business operations. From the perspective of the author the communication is irreplaceable coordination skill without which it can not do any group of human activity, let alone manage and realize business operations.
