Annotation The thesis expounds the activity of Integrated Rescue System Forces of the Czech Republic in case of an exceptional emergency situation at the Horka dam and its defined protection zone. The Horka dam is primarily intended to accumulate water to supply drinking water for the Sokolov region and also protects the area from flooding.
