Abstract:
Cílem této práce je v první části vymezení pojmů finančních produktů leasingu a úvěru, připomenutí jejich historie a vzniku nejen v Čechách, ale i ve světě. Dále vymezuji jednotlivé právní úpravy, kterými se tyto produkty řídí. Hlavní část práce je věnována nabývání vlastnického práva k věci formou leasingu a úvěru a jejich porovnání především z pohledu právní problematiky.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is, in its first part, to define the concepts of financial products of leasing and loan and to remind their history and origin not only in the Czech Republic, but also in the world. Further off I define the particular legal regulations governing these products as well.
