Judicature of the Constitutional Court may serve as a valuable source of information on the state of constitutional conformity of the public authorities decision-making. The Thesis monitors the Constitutional Court conception of ideal state of this conformity and the means used by it to communicate this conception to the public bodies in order to ensure this conformity.
