Compulsory share of employment of people with disabilities
Abstract:
Cílem práce je na základě aktuálních daňových, účetních a právních předpisů definovat všechny povinnosti zaměstnavatelů v souvislosti se zaměstnáváním zdravotně postižených osob. Upozornit na postihy plynoucí z nedodržení zákonem stanovených povinností. Aplikovat na Základní školu Strž Dvůr Králové nad Labem a navrhnout nejoptimálnější řešení plnění.
Abstract:
The thesis aim is to define all employers obligations based on current tax, accounting and law regulations that relates to employment of disabled people. To point to penalties arising from breach of statutory duty. To apply to primary school Strz Dvur Kralove nad Labem and to devise the most suitable solution of fulfillment
