Markers of oxidative stress in Alzheimer´s disease
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se zabývám oxidačním stresem a jeho markery u Alzheimerovy choroby. Práce je zaměřena na popis demence, Alzheimerovy choroby a její klinický obraz, léčbu a diagnostické metody. Dále se v práci zabývám oxidačním stresem, volnými radikály, markery oxidačního stresu a poškození biomolekul.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I deal with the oxidative stress and its markers in Alzheimer´s disease. This thesis is focused on diagnostics, symtoms, causes and treatment. I deal with oxidative stress, free radicals, markers of oxidative stress and damage of biomolecules, too.
