Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování konkurenčního prostředí Mezinárodního festivalu SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER,který je každoročně pořádán Divadelní fakultou Janáčkovy akademie múzických umění v Brně. Účel je vytvořit doporučení pro jeho budoucí strategii. Na začátku bakalářská práce definuje pojem festivalu a pojmy spojené s oblastí projektového řízení. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the competitive environment of the International Festival of Theatre Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER, which is organised by the Theater Faculty of the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno.
