Disertace se věnuje formování české právnické obce v letech 1861-1914. Analyzuje vznik a vývoj advokátních komor, právnických spolků a právnických časopisů v dobovém kontextu.
Abstract:
The dissertation deals with the formation of a Czech legal community in the years 1861-1914. It analyses the origin and evolution of the bar associations, law societies and legal journals in the context of the era.
