Moje práce je zaměřena na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu restaurace, která bude specializována na italskou kuchyni. Práce je rozdělená do tří částí – teoretické, praktické a návrhové. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní obecné pojmy podnikání, podnik, podnikatel, gastronomie, náklady a swot analýza. My thesis is aimed to creation a business plan for a restaurant specialized in italian cousine. Thesis is divided into three main parts – theoretical, practical and propose.
