Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje užití SM systému v prevenci bolesti zad v biatlonu. Shromažďuje teoretické knižní informace týkající se svalových dysbalancí a jejich dopady na organismus a možnosti jejich kompenzace za pomocí SM systému. The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of SM system to prevent back pain in biathlon. It contains theoretical book’s information related to muscle imbalances and their impact to organism and possibility of compensation for using SM system.
