Obsahem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí dosavadních významných zjištění týkajících se epiteliálně-stromálních interakcí v normální či maligně postižené mléčné žláze. Tento cíl je sledován jak z pohledu mléčné žlázy člověka, tak z pohledu mléčné žlázy myši, modelového organizmu využívaného ke studiu této problematiky v laboratorní praxi. Summary of significant existing findings about epithelial-stromal interactions in normal or malignant mammary gland is content of this bachelor thesis. This task is discussed in both human mammary gland and in mouse mammary gland, which is used for this purpose as a model organism in laboratory.
