Brand Design and Graphic Design of Trade Press (print in Ledeč nad Sázavou)

Abstract:

Moje bakalářská práce je zaměřena na jednotný vizuální styl tiskárny Tomáše Poláka. Tento rodinný podnik se nachází na Vysočině v Ledči nad Sázavou. Mým cílem bylo vytvořit této tiskárně takový vizuální styl, který by byl originální, lehce zapamatovatelný a odlišný od konkurence. Aby se tiskárna lépe zviditelnila, zaujala zákazníky, bylo zapotřebí vytvořit jednoduchou, ale efektivní značku s kterou pracuji v celém vizuálním stylu. Je velmi variabilní a tak se nabízelo spoutu možností, jak s ní pracovat. Hlavními prvky v celé mé práci jsou iniciály TTP, které značí název (tiskárna Tomáš Polák), dále také linie a bod, které jsou součástí loga. Dalším cílem bylo dát vědět né jenom Ledči, ale i širšímu okolí o povědomí této tiskárny, prosadit jejich dovednosti, kvalitu, ochotu a skvělé jednání.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is focused on a unified visual style of Tomáš Polák's printing company. This family enterprise is located in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, in the town Ledeč nad Sázavou. My target was to create for this printing company such a visual style which will be original, easily rememberable and different from the competitors. To make the printing company more visible and more atractive for the customers it was necessary to create simple but efective logo which is used through the whole visual style. The logo is very variable and therefore it offered plenty of different possibilities how work with it. The main elements in the whole thesis are the initials TTP which symbolize the name of the printing company (tiskárna Tomáš Polák in the Czech original), further also a line and a point which are part of the logo. Additional goal of my thesis was to raise the awareness of this printing company not only among the residents of the town Ledeč nad Sázavou, but also in the brider neigbourhood, to publicize its skills, qualities, helpfulness and great behaviour towards customers.
