Methods of acquisition of property rights
Abstract:
Úvodní část práce objasňuje pojem vlastnického práva, jeho ústavněprávní základ, jeho obsah a oprávnění z něj plynoucí. Dále jsou zde rozlišeny formy vlastnického práva a způsoby procesu jeho nabytí. Hlavní část práce se zabývá jednotlivými způsoby, kterými lze vlastnické právo nabýt. Závěrečná část práce popisuje způsoby a následky omezení vlastnického práva.
Abstract:
The introductive part of thesis explains the frase Low of property, its constitutional principle and its related content and authorization. Next, there are distinguished kinds of property law and ways of acquisistion process. Main part of thesis concerns with individual methods of acquisition of property law. The last part describes methods and consequences of limitation of property law.
