Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá věcnými břemeny z pohledu katastru nemovitos-tí. V první části je pojednáno o různých způsobech vzniku ve vazbě na zápis do ka-tastru nemovitostí, dále pak i o průběhu vkladového řízení.
