Involving users and the public in the process of community planning of social services

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku zapojení uživatelů a veřejnosti do procesu komunitního plánování sociálních služeb a je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část pojednává o komunitním plánování jako modelu komunitní sociální práce, komunitním plánování sociálních služeb a zapojení uživatelů a veřejnosti do komunitního plánování. Výzkumná část diplomové práce je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum, kde je popsána metodologie výzkumu, stanovený cíl, výzkumné otázky, volba výzkumné strategie, výběr výzkumného souboru, metoda výzkumu a technika sběru dat. Dále je popsán vstup do terénu, následuje analýza a interpretace dat. Data byla analyzována pomocí zakotvené teorie a jako zdroj bylo použito 12 polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Závěr práce je věnován diskuzi a výsledkům výzkumu.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the involving users and the public in the process of community planning of social services. The work is devided into a theoretical and an experimental part. The theoretical part deals about the community plannig as the model of community social work, than about the community planning in the social services and about involving users and the public in the process of community planning of social services. The experimental part of the thesis concentrates on a qualitative research where I describe the research methodology, the established goal, the research questions, the selection of an investigative strategy and group, the exploration method and the data gathering technique. I also describe the etical predicaments and the entrance to the terrain. Then I come to the data analysis and interpretation. In the end I sum the results up in the discussion. Datas were analysed by the grounded theory. As a source I used twelve semi-structured interviews.
