Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována možnostem realizace franchisového podniku v podmínkách tržní ekonomiky ČR se zaměřením na analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti, možnostmi financování a postupem realizace vybrané franchisy. V práci je nastíněn stručný vývoji franchisingu v České republice a ve světě. Dále je charakterizován současný a budoucí vývoj tohoto podnikání. Analytická část hodnotí současný stav franchisové sítě, možnosti realizace a nároky kladené na budoucího franchisanta. Závěrečná část práce popisuje postup implementace a konkrétní kroky vedoucí k založení vybrané franchisy.

Abstract:

This thesis discusses possibilities of realisation of franchise in the framework of market economy of the Czech Republic. Its focus is to analyse internal and external environment of a company, possibilities of financing and the process of realisation of chosen franchise. The paper sheds light on development of franchising in the Czech Republic and in the world. It also addresses the current and future development of this type of business. Furthermore, the thesis assesses the current state of the network, possibilities of realisation and requirements on the future franchisor. In conclusion it describes the process of implementation and concrete steps leading to establishment of a selected franchise.
