Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením současného stavu prodeje vína v rodinném vinařství Žídek v obci Popice. V první části, tj. teoretická část, jsou vymezeny důležité pojmy ohledně vína. Metodická část seznamuje s vybranými metodami, které jsou uvedeny v aplikační části. Aplikační část diplomové práce se zabývá představením společnosti, pěstovanými odrůdami, historií a analýzou současného stavu prodeje vína. V diplomové práci je použita metoda vícekriteriální analýza variant, zde jsou stanoveny váhy kritérií a následně vypočteny vybrané metody WSA a TOPSIS. Výsledky zmíněných metod jsou následně mezi sebou porovnány. Pro návrh nových opatření ke zvýšení prodeje a atraktivity společnosti jsou původní trasy ve vybraných oblastech optimalizovány. Pro trasy je uveden vůz společnosti, který rozváží víno do prodejen. Ve sklepě jsou navrhnuty nové návrhy pro zvýšení atraktivity prodeje a popsána blíže originalita vína.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is aimed at evaluating the actual situation of sales of wine at the family winery Žídek in the town of Popice. The first part, it means the theoretical one, defines the main terms interested in wine. The methodical part presents the selected methods, which are used at the application part. The application part of this diploma thesis is aimed at introducing the company, cultivated wine varieties, history and analysing the actual situation of the sales of wine. There is used a multicriterial analysis of variants in the diploma thesis, there are set the criterial weights and then there are counted the chosen methods „WSA“ and „TOPSIS“. The results of those methods are compared mutually afterwards. As a proposal of new arrangement for increasing the sales and company attractiveness there are optimalised the original routes in the selected regions. The van which the company utilizes for distributing to the shops is then used for the routing. Also there is a proposal to increase the attractiveness of sales in the cellar, where the basis is the wine originality.
