Abstract:
Cystická fibróza je závažné autosomálně recesivně dědičné onemocnění, které postihuje s výjimkou CNS prakticky všechny systémy organizmu. V ČR se každoročně narodí cca 35 dětí s touto nemocí. V současné době toto onemocnění nelze úplně vyléčit. Léčba je zaměřena především na zpomalení progrese choroby a na zmírnění projevů. Cystic fibrosis is serious autosomal recessive hereditary disease involving almost all systems of organism except central nervous system. In Czech Republic there are born circa 35 children affected with this disease. Nowadays it is no possible to treat CF entirely.
