Delikventní adolescenti: subjektivní pojetí rizika, vybrané osobnostní charakteristiky a možnosti skupinové práce

Delinquent Adolescents: Risk Perceiving, some Personality Characteristics and Possibilities Group Work

Abstract:

Dizertační práce se zabývá jedním z typů rizikového chování u adolescentů a to oblastí delikvence. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak delikventní adolescenti vnímají riziko, ověřit rozdíly mezi skupinami delikventních a nedelikventních adolescentů a zjistit, jak samotní delikventní adolescenti vnímání odlišné techniky v rámci skupinové psychoterapie. Zjištění pojetí rizika těchto adolescentů jsme realizovali formou kvalitativní studie. Využili jsme polostrukturovaný rozhovor s 8 delikventními adolescenty ve věku 15 – 18 let. Ve všech případech se jednalo o muže. Tito adolescenti spáchali v posledních dvou letech provinění, či trestný čin. Jednalo se o krádež, poškozování cizí věci, loupež. Všichni adolescenti byli pod dohledem probačního úředníka před či po usnesení soudu nebo ve stádiu započatého soudního řízení. Rozhovor se zaměřoval na vnímání samotného rizika, na důvody vykonávání rizikových činností, na prožitky přítomné při vykonávání rizikových činností a také na to, zda existuje alternativa k této rizikové činnosti. Data jsme analyzovali pomocí metody vytváření trsů. Tímto postupem vznikají obecnější (induktivně zformované kategorie jevů). Z výsledků je patrné, že zkoumaní adolescenti vnímají riziko jako neopakovatelný zážitek s nejistým výsledkem, při kterém hrozí fyzická újma. Prožitky, které se při realizaci rizikových činností aktérům dostavují, jsou popisovány jako velmi intenzivní, neopakovatelné. Současně je zážitek provázen velmi silnými prožitky vzrušení, strachu a také nenávisti. Druhá studie se zaměřovala na zjištění rozdílů mezi skupinami delikventních a nedelikventních adolescentů v oblastech sebehodnocení (měřeno Rosenbergovou škálou sebehodnocení), citové vazby k vrstevníkům (měřeno dotazníkem IPPA) a atribučního stylu (měřeno přepracovaným dotazníkem ASQ). Studie byla založena na kvantitativní analýze 198 dotazníků. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 175 mužů (88,4%) a 23 žen (11,6%). Poměr delikventních a nedelikventních adolescentů v souboru byl poměrně vyrovnaný a skládal se ze 103 nedelikventních adolescentů (ti, kteří se nedopustili trestného činu) a 95 delikventních adolescentů (ti, kteří se dopustili trestného činu). Z výsledků je patrné, že skupina delikventních adolescentů dosahuje oproti skupině nedelikventních adolescentů nižšího sebehodnocení, nižšího odcizení od vrstevnické skupiny, vyšší důvěry a komunikace k vrstevnické skupině. Současně má tato skupina tendenci atribuovat externě. Delikventní adolescenti si oproti druhé skupině výrazně méně věří. Vrstevnická skupina je pro ně ale velmi důležitá. Jedincům z této skupiny dokáží důvěřovat. Skupina delikventních adolescentů má také tendenci nedůvěřovat vlastním schopnostem ovlivnit možné životní situace. Třetí studie se zaměřovala na to, jak delikventní adolescenti vnímají tzv. verbální a akční techniky použité v rámci skupinové práce s nimi. Použili jsme kvalitativní fenomenologický polostrukturovaný rozhovor s 11 zkoumanými osobami ve věku 15 – 18 let (2 ženy, 9 mužů), které spáchaly v posledních dvou letech provinění , případně trestný čin, kvůli kterému se dostali pod dohled probačního pracovníka. Jednalo se však o odlišný zkoumaný soubor oproti první studii. Pomocí interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy jsme popsali obecné faktory skupinové práce a specifika verbálních a akčních technik. V první fázi analýzy jsme opakovaně četli záznamy rozhovorů. Poté jsme je opatřili poznámkami popisnými (zachycující obsah a pochopení věcí, které se staly respondentovi), lingvistickými (zaměřující se na způsob, kterým je obsah prezentován) a „konceptuálními“ (zahrnující možné návrhy a otázky sm

ěřující k předběžným vysvětlením). Od těchto detailních poznámek jsme postupně směřovali k větší komplexitě a k nalezení „vynořujících se témat“. Na základě tohoto postupu se vynořily obecné faktory skupinové práce. Jedná se o oblasti, které jsou pro skupinu při práci v rámci skupinové psychoterapie důležité. Jednalo se o nezbytnost zajištění bezpečí ve skupině, o faktory vycházející ze skupinové dynamiky, faktory vycházející ze samotného nastavení probačního programu a také o faktory, které jsou zcela na straně zkoumaných osob (potřeba úspěchu, ochota dokončit program apod.). Verbální techniky vykazují velkou míru vztažení zkoumaných osob. Současně se jedná o techniky, na základě kterých jsou zkoumané osoby schopny propojit zážitek s osobním životem. Tyto techniky také stimulují zájem zkoumaných osob o druhé. Akční techniky naopak umožňují dosáhnout zkoumaným osobám většího klidu a uvolnit se. Tyto techniky nabízejí intenzivnější kontakt s druhými a jsou vhodné pro budování vztahů v rámci skupiny.

Abstract:

PhD thesis deals with one of the types of risk behavior in adolescents and delinquency areas. The aim is to find out how they perceive the risk of delinquent adolescents, to verify differences between groups of delinquent and non-delinquent adolescents and see themselves as delinquent adolescents perceptions of different techniques in group psychotherapy. The findings of these risk adolescents concept we implemented in the form of a qualitative study. We used semi-structured interview with 8 delinquent adolescents aged 15 to 18 years. In all cases it was a man. These adolescents have committed in the past two years, misconduct or criminal offense. It was a theft, criminal damage, robbery. All adolescents were under the supervision of a probation officer before or after the decision of the court or under legal proceedings commenced. The interview focused on the perception of actual risk, the reasons for performing hazardous tasks to present experiences when performing hazardous activities and on whether there is an alternative to this risky activity. Data were analyzed using the cluster method. This procedure generally arise (inductively formed category of phenomena). The results show that the surveyed adolescents perceive risk as an unforgettable experience with an uncertain outcome, in which physical harm is threatened. At the same time experience accompanied with very strong feelings of excitement, fear and hatred. The second study focused on finding differences between groups of delinquent and non-delinquent adolescents in the areas of self-esteem (as measured by Rosenberg self-esteem scale), attachment to peers (as measured by a questionnaire IPPA) and attributional style (as measured by the revised questionnaire ASQ). The study was based on a quantitative analysis of 198 questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 175 men (88.4%) and 23 females (11.6%). The ratio of delinquent and non-delinquent adolescents in the group was relatively balanced and consisted of 103 delinquent adolescents (those who have committed a crime) and 95 delinquent adolescents (those who are guilty of a crime). The results show that the band achieves delinquent adolescents versus the non-delinquent adolescents of lower self-esteem, lower alienation from peer groups, greater trust and communication to the peer group. At the same time, this group has a tendency atribuovat externally. Delinquent adolescents compared to the second group, much less believe. Peer group for them but very important. Individuals in this group are able to trust. The Group also has a delinquent adolescents tend not to trust their own abilities can affect the situation. The third study focused on how delinquent adolescents perceive the verbal and action techniques used in group work with them. We used a phenomenological qualitative semi-structured interviews with 11 surveyed persons aged 15 to 18 years (2 women, 9 men) who have committed the offense the last two years, if the offense for which they were given under the supervision of a probation worker. It was however, a different set of surveyed compared to the first study. Using interpretative phenomenological analysis, we describe the general factors of group work and specific verbal and action techniques. In the first stage of the analysis, we repeatedly read records of interviews. Then, we have provided descriptive notes (capturing the content and understanding things that happened the respondent), linguistic (focusing on the way the content is presented) and "conceptual" (including suggestions and questions designed to advance an explanation). From these detailed notes are gradually moving toward a greater complexity and find the "emerging issues". Based on this procedure, the general factors emerged group work. n program settings as well as the factors that are wholly on the side of people surveyed (need for achievement, willingness to complete the program, etc.). Verbal techniques show a great degree of the conferring of people surveyed. At the same time it is a technique according to which the examined person is able to connect with personal life experience. These techniques also stimulate the interest of people surveyed for others. Special techniques enable to the contrary, persons examined more calm and relax. These techniques offer intensive contact with others and are suitable for building relationships within the group.
