Rheology and rheometry of liquids
Abstract:
Práce je věnována studiu reologických vlastností kapalin. V první části je uvedena reologická klasifikace kapalin a základní přehled jejich vlastností. Druhá část práce se zabývá popisem viskozimetrů a reometrů, které jsou nejčastěji používány pro experimentální stanovení reologických dat, a ve třetí části je uvedeno použití poznatků reologie v praxi.

The work is devoted to the study of the rheological properties of liquids. The first section describes the classification of rheological fluids and an overview of their properties.
