Analysis of barrier-free tourism in Kutná Hora

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá bezbariérovým cestovním ruchem v Kutné Hoře, resp. analyzuje míru bezbariérovosti. Odpovídá na otázku, jaká je míra bezbariérovosti turistických informačních center, veřejných toalet a nejvýznamnějších památek. Úvodní část krátce vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se cestovního ruchu, bezbariérovosti, osob na invalidním vozíku, euroklíče či specializovaných webových stránek pro osoby s handicapem. Hlavní část práce analytická se zaměřuje se na dostupnost Kutné Hory veřejnými dopravními prostředky, na cestování po samotném městě, na vyhrazená parkovací místa pro invalidy, detailně zkoumá turistická informační centra, jejich vybavení a dostupnost, a v neposlední řadě se práce soustředí na nejznámější památky města, které jsou chráněny organizací UNESCO a zároveň nezapomíná na bezbariérové veřejné toalety, jejich rozmístění a dostupnost. Podrobně rozebírá jednotlivé památky, u nichž pak pomocí výstupů z dotazníkového šetření analyzuje míru bezbariérovosti, kterou pak vyjadřuje i pomocí grafů. Rozmístění bezbariérových toalet a vyhrazených parkovacích míst je pak ukázáno přímo v mapách. Závěrečná část práce návrhová se podrobně vrací k problematice jednotlivých segmentů, tedy k veřejné dopravě, parkování, k turistickým informačním místům, vybraným památkám a toaletám, a ve stručnosti navrhuje změny pozitivně přispívající ke zvýšení dostupnosti Kutné Hory jako turistického místa pro osoby na invalidním vozíku a zároveň k příjemnějšímu cestování. K navrhovaným změnám pak patří lepší informovanost o bezbariérovosti jednotlivých míst, urychlení vybudování zcela bezbariérového nádraží, zvýšení a vylepšení počtu bezbariérových toalet, či umožnění prohlídky nedostupných částí, tedy částí bariérových, památkových objektů např. za využití virtuální reality či profesionálně natočených videí, promítaných přímo v jednotlivých objektech.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with barrier-free tourism in Kutná Hora, resp. it analyzes the degree of accessibility. It answers the question of the degree of accessibility of tourist information centers, public toilets and the most important monuments. The introductory part briefly defines the basic terms related to tourism, accessibility, wheelchair users, Euro keys or specialized websites for people with disabilities. The main part of the work - analytical - focuses on the accessibility of Kutná Hora by public transport, travel around the city, reserved parking spaces for the disabled, examines in detail tourist information centers, their equipment and accessibility, and last but not least the work focuses on the most famous monuments of the city, which are protected by UNESCO and at the same time does not forget about barrier-free public toilets, their location and accessibility. It analyzes in detail the individual monuments, for which it then uses the results of a questionnaire survey to analyze the degree of accessibility, which it then expresses using graphs. The location of barrier-free toilets and reserved parking spaces is then shown directly on the maps. The final part of the work - the proposal part - returns in detail to the issues of individual segments, ie public transport, parking, tourist information points, selected monuments and toilets, and briefly proposes changes positively contributing to increasing the accessibility of Kutná Hora as a tourist place for the disabled on wheelchairs and at the same time for more pleasant travel. The proposed changes include better information about the accessibility of individual places, speeding up the construction of a completely barrier-free train station, increasing and improving the number of barrier-free toilets, or allowing inspection of inaccessible parts - ie parts of barriers - monuments, eg using virtual reality or professionally shot videos in individual buildings.
