Diplomová práce pojednává o srovnání požadovaných znalostí žáků druhého stupně ZŠ z tematického okruhu rovnic v České republice a Anglii. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí a to z části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část seznámí čtenáře se systémem školství v České republice a v Anglii.
