Abstract:
Bakalárska  práca  sa  zaoberá  problematikou  vytvrdzovania  tlačových  farieb  pomocou  UV  LED  zdrojov.  V  práci  je  popísané  vytvrdzovanie  pomocou  UV  žiarenia,  mechanizmus  fotoiniciovanej  polymerizácie  a zloženie  UV  farieb.  V  nasledujúcej  kapitole  je  vysvetlený  princíp  a  konštrukcia  UV  LED  diódy,  klasickej  ortuťovej  výbojky  a  ich  porovnanie.  Práca  je  taktiež  zameraná …more
Abstract:
The  present  Bachelor's  thesis  describes  curing  of  printing  inks  and  varnishes  by  UV  LED.  The  first  part  focuses  on  the  mechanisms  of  photoinitiated  polymerisation  and  the  components  of  the  UV  inks.  Furthermore,  this  work  explains  and  compares  the  principles  and  construction  of  UV  LED  diode  and  a conventional  mercury  lamp.  The  largest  manufacturers …more
