Proposal for measures to increase performance of the company
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení výkonnosti společnosti, k přípravě a zkvalitnění rozhodovacích procesů, na základě hodnocení příčin vývoje výkonnosti, se zaměřením na komplexní přístup k dalšímu růstu výkonnosti. Pro určení stavu výkonnosti podniku bude využita finanční analýza a benchmarking, mystery shopping a dotazník spokojenosti zákazníků.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to propose for measures to increase of performance of the company, for the preparation and improvement of the decision-making process, on the basis of the assessments of the causes of the development of the performance, with a focus on a comprehensive approach to the further growth of the performance.
