Organizational and economic reorganization of the companies of the INST group
Abstract:
Předmětem mé diplomové práce je docílit změnu organizace a systému řízení skupiny firem INSTA s cílem zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a pozice na trhu stavebních prací a dále zvýšení rentability firem, aby se skupina zařadila mezi přední stavební firmy působící v regionu Olomoucka.
Abstract:
The subject of my thesis is to achieve a change of organization and management of the companies of the INSTA group in order to increase competitiveness and positon in the market of building works and then increasing profitability of the companies in order to subsume the group among the leading building companies operating in the region of Olomouc.
