Tato práce se zabývá jednou z nejdůležitějších a nejúspěšnějších klamavých operací druhé světové války, nesoucí kódové označení Fortitude (statečnost, odvaha). Tato diverzní akce měla za úkol zmást Němce a znemžnit jim přesně určit místo a čas vylodění Spojenců. The aim of this work is to describe the operation Fortitude, which was the most complex and exntesive deception operation which occured during the second world war. It's primary objective was to convince the Germans that the main Allied invasion will take place in Norway (Stavanger and Narvik) and in the Pas de Calais area.
