Comparison of ampelographic, uvological, and analytical parameters of the Lednice new breeding „Fragment“ compared to the parent varieties

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci s názvem „Srovnání ampelografických, uvologických a analytických parametrů lednického novošlechtění „Fragment“ oproti rodičovským odrůdám“ byla srovnávána odrůda Fragment s rodičovskými odrůdami Frankovka a Regent. Odrůdy byly srovnávány podle vybraných znaků klasifikátoru OIV, uvologických hodnot, výnosových a základních analytických hodnot. Hodnocení proběhlo v roce 2023 na vinici, která je součástí viniční trati Načeratický kopec ve vinařské obci Znojmo, Znojemské vinařské podoblasti, vinařské oblasti Morava. Ze závěru práce vyplývá, že odrůdy splnily podmínku odlišnosti a jsou odlišitelné. Nově vyšlechtěná odrůda Fragment má více společných morfologických znaků s odrůdou Regent, analytické parametry byly u všech hodnocených odrůd vyrovnané a nejsou mezi nimi velké rozdíly. V hodnocení výnosových parametrů se Fragment blíží spíše Frankovce.

Abstract:

In this thesis titled “Comparison of ampelographic, uvological, and analytical parameters of the Lednice new breeding „Fragment“ compared to the parent varieties” the Fragment variety was compared with the parent varieties Frankovka and Regent. The varieties were compared based on selected characteristics of the OIV descriptor, uvological values, yield, and basic analytical values. The evaluation took place in 2023 at a vineyard that is part of the Načeratický kopec vineyard track in the wine-growing village of Znojmo, Znojmo wine sub-region, Moravia wine region. The conclusion of the work indicates that the varieties met the condition of distinctiveness and are distinguishable. The newly bred Fragment variety has more common morphological characteristics with the Regent variety, the analytical parameters were balanced among all evaluated varieties, and there are no significant differences between them. In the evaluation of yield parameters, Fragment is closer to Frankovka.
