Abstract:

Cíl: Poskytování kvalitní ošetřovatelské péče je cílem současného ošetřovatelství. Rehabilitační ošetřování je součástí povinností všeobecné sestry. Ta by ho měla poskytnout ve vysoké kvalitě a to v rámci komplexní ošetřovatelské péče. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjišťování úrovně znalostí všeobecných sester v oblasti rehabilitačního ošetřování, která by měla narůstat s dosaženým vzděláním. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, zda jsou k dispozici na jednotlivých odděleních standardy rehabilitačního ošetřování a zdali probíhá spolupráce sester s fyzioterapeuty a ergoterapeuty. Také jsme zjišťovali, jakým způsobem se všeobecné sestry v této oblasti vzdělávají. Metodika: Do zkoumaného souboru byly zařazeny všeobecné sestry pracující v Nemocnici v Novém Jičíně, které splňovaly základní kritéria pro zařazení do souboru. Vzhledem k základním a vylučujícím kritériím byl konečný soubor sestaven z 80 všeobecných sester. Výzkum probíhal v období od 1. 4- 1. 6. 2011. Výzkumné šetření bylo uskutečněno pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Pro vyhodnocení dat byl použit F-test (Fisherův test) a Pearson´s chi- test. Statistické testy byly hodnoceny na hladině významnosti ? =0,05. Výsledky: Z výzkumného šetření vyplývaní, že se vyskytuje odlišnost v počtu intervencí rehabilitačního ošetřování v praxi a to hlavně mezi pracovišti respondentů. Také se potvrdilo, že úroveň dosaženého vzdělání v rehabilitačním ošetřování je faktorem, který ovlivňuje míru využívání rehabilitačního ošetřování v praxi. Dále byly zjištěny statisticky významné rozdíl ve spolupráci mezi všeobecnými sestrami pracující na chirurgických, interních odděleních a fyzioterapeuty a ergoterapeuty. Z toho vyplývá, že mezioborová spolupráce není stále dostačující. Výzkum také ukázal sníženou použitelnost existujícího standardu a jeho praktické využití. Závěr: Rehabilitační ošetřování je velmi důležité k zachování co nejvyšší míry soběstačnosti pacienta a v prevenci komplikací imobilizačního syndromu. Z výzkumu jednoznačně vyplývá, že znalosti a vědomosti o rehabilitačním ošetřování je nutné rozvíjet, protože správné praktické využití zvyšuje kvalitu ošetřovatelské péče.

Objective: Provision of quality nursing care is the goal of the current nursing. Rehabilitative care is part of the general duty nurse. She would have had to provide high quality and within the complex nursing care. The aim was to detect the level of knowledge of nurses in rehabilitation treatment, which should increase with educational attainment. Another objective was to determine whether they are available on each department standards and rehabilitation care is whether cooperation with nurses physiotherapists and occupational therapists. We also investigated how the general nurses educated in this area. Methods: The examined group were included nurses working in hospitals in Czeike that meets the basic criteria for inclusion in the file. Due to essential and exclusionary criteria, the final ensemble of 80 nurses. Research conducted in the period from 1. 4- 1. 6. 2011. The survey was carried out using non-standardized questionnaire. For evaluation of data was used F-test (Fisher test) and Pearson's chi-test. Statistical tests were evaluated at a significance level ? = 0.05. Results: Resulting from the research that found differences in the number of interventions in rehabilitation nursing practice, and especially the work of the respondents. He also confirmed that the level of educational attainment in the rehabilitation treatment is a factor that influences the degree of utilization of rehabilitation nursing practice. Furthermore, no statistically significant differences in cooperation between general nurses working in surgical, internal departments and physiotherapists and occupational therapists. It follows that interdisciplinary cooperation is still not sufficient. Research also showed reduced usability of the existing standard and its practical use.
