Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na postavení a působnost statutárního města a to jak z obecného hlediska, tak se zaměřením na město Olomouc. Dále se zmiňuji i o historii Olomouce, jeho geografické poloze, obyvatelstvu. Zaměřuji se na popis fungování samosprávy a jejich orgánů. Zvláštní pozornost jsem věnovala rozpočtu města, čerpání finančních prostředků získaných prostřednictvím fondů EU a jejich využití …more

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the position and competence of a statutory city, both from the general point of view and specifically with respect to the city of Olomouc.
