Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je zkoumání předsudečného násilí a jeho spojitosti s oblastí sociální práce. V teoretické části práce jsou detailně popsány základní pojmy spojené s tématem, jako jsou předsudky, jejich vznik, projevy a vztah k menšinám, stejně jako různé formy násilí. Důraz je kladen na předsudečné násilí, jeho legislativní, sociální a preventivní aspekty. Práce také analyzuje legislativní rámec související s předsudečným násilím a roli orgánů a institucí v jeho řešení a prevenci. V práci je též popsána role organizace In IUSTITIA, která se v České republice věnuje systematickému zkoumání předsudečného násilí ve všech jeho podobách. V empirické části práce je popsán průběh provedeného výzkumného šetření, které zkoumalo, s jakými podobami předsudečného násilí se setkávají lidé, kteří se identifikují jako Romové. Pro tento výzkum byla zvolena kvantitativní výzkumná metoda.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor's thesis is the research of prejudicial violence and its connection with the field of social work. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic terms associated with the topic are described in detail, such as prejudices, their origin, manifestations and relationship to minorities, as well as various forms of violence. Emphasis is placed on prejudicial violence, its legislative, social and preventive aspects. The work also analyzes the legislative framework related to prejudicial violence and the role of bodies and institutions in its solution and prevention. The thesis also describes the role of the Czech organization In IUSTITIA, which is dedicated to the systematic investigation of prejudicial violence in all its forms. The empirical part of the thesis describes the course of the conducted research, which examined what forms of prejudicial violence people who identify as Roma encounter. A quantitative research method was chosen for this research.
