Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou důchodových systémů. Pro komentování návrhů na naši důchodovou reformu jsem uvedla základní rysy důchodových systémů ve světě. Protože nutnost reforem je zdůvodňována zejména demografickými a ekonomickými faktory, zabývám se těmi z nich, u nichž vidím těsnou propojenost s řešenou problematikou. This Bachelor work deals with the problems of the old-age pension systems. In order to comment on suggestions of our pension reform I named the basic features of old-age pension systems in the world. As the need of the reforms has mainly demographic and economic reasons, I work with those in which I see a close link with these problems.
