Abstract:
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with antimüllerian hormone (AMH), which is produced by granulosa cells of follicles in women‘s ovaries. Maximal values are found in women around 20 years old and then it progressively decline to undetectable levels. AMH directly reflects ovarian reserve so it can be used as a fertility marker. Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje antimülleriánskému hormonu (AMH), který je v průběhu života ženy produkován buňkami granulózy v ováriích. Maximální hodnoty dosahuje kolem dvacátého roku života a s věkem postupně klesá až k nedetekovatelným hodnotám. Přímo odráží ovariální rezervu a tak je možné ho využít jako markeru fertility.
